Greystone West Company, Inc. was established in 1997 as a California C-Corporation and as a licensed California General Building Contractor. The firm is a full service construction management company specializing in facilities construction with a focus on schools and other public works projects. Services include construction, project and program management; estimating, scheduling, and value analysis throughout project design, preconstruction, construction, and close-out phases.

Todd Lee – Principal
As the founder of Greystone West Company, Inc. Todd has 40 years experience managing successful construction projects from conception to completion. Todd incorporates meticulous detail in budgets, proposals, contracts, change orders and schedules ensuring that his projects are completed on time and within budget, and is completely dedicated to the success of his projects.

Communication is the key contributing factor to Todd’s success. Todd is proactive and works effectively with boards, committees, and staff as well as the community at large building a high degree of trust at every level. He has worked with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector completing projects of all sizes and complexity.


Our Team

The staff at Greystone West Company has over 100 years combined project management experience through a multitude of specialties. More than half of our project managers are former general contractors or former project managers from firms across a range of sizes. Whether your project is rooted in education, public works, industrial, commercial or beyond, we have skilled and highly qualified staff to manage the project.
