Greystone West Company, Inc. was established in 1997 as a California C-Corporation and as a licensed California General Building Contractor. The firm is a full service construction management company specializing in facilities construction with a focus on schools and other public works projects. Services include construction, project and program management; estimating, scheduling, and value analysis throughout project design, preconstruction, construction, and close-out phases.

Senior Officials

Todd Lee - Principal
As the founder of Greystone West Company, Inc. Todd has 30 years experience managing successful construction projects from conception to completion. Todd incorporates meticulous detail in budgets, proposals, contracts, change orders and schedules ensuring that his projects are completed on time and within budget. He is completely dedicated to the success of his projects. Communication is the key contributing factor to Todd’s success. Todd is proactive and works effectively with boards, committees, and staff as well as the community at large building a high degree of trust at every level. He has worked with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector completing projects of all sizes and complexity.

Adam Coll – Senior Project Manager
Adam has worked in the construction industry for 20 years, with experience covering a broad spectrum from field work to Project Management. Adam has worked on and managed an array of projects ranging from the seismic retrofit of the historic San Mateo County Courthouse to the Apartments/Guesthouse at Skywalker Ranch in Marin County. Adam is an excellent communicator and is particularly knowledgeable regarding the legal aspects of construction. He is exact in his documentation and is often called upon to review construction claims and create schedules for delay analysis. His project management resume includes projects in excess of $52 million. Adam is a licensed general building contractor in the State of California.

Jack Lee - Senior Project Manager
Well into his 37th year of full time work in the construction industry, Jack first started building custom homes throughout Marin and Sonoma counties and later worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for large construction firms in the Bay Area. His experience includes new construction, rehabilitation, seismic retrofitting, and hazardous materials abatement. Projects ranged from educational facilities to laboratory facilities. His recent experience, prior to joining Greystone West Company, was Senior Project Manager for AlfaTech Cambridge Group in San Francisco; and prior to that, he was owner of a general contracting company emphasizing public works construction. Jack is a licensed general building contractor in the State of California.

Trevor Thomas - Senior Project Manager
Trevor brings more than 15 years of construction industry experience to the table. He has experience in residential construction as well as HV&AC trade field experience, and extensive experience in public school construction. Trevor is a graduate of the construction management program at Chico State University and is both a licensed general building and general engineering contractor in the State of California.
